The grade Supremo denotes the highest available, in which small, less dense beans and pea-berries have been removed. The resulting cup is balanced, medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, with nutty undertones and a clean, winy finish. Supremo beans are a screen size of 17 and 18. This type is the largest bean size grading for Colombian coffee.
