This microlot coffee is from the small La Mina farm in the Chalatenango region of El Salvador. The area is hard to access and is lesser known than the more popular Santa Ana region, however it produces some excellent coffees. This coffee works very well as either a pour-over or in an Aeropress. In the cup look for notes of berries, honey and vanilla.
