Expect a brilliantly balanced cup profile. Lemon acidity hits at first, followed by sweet oranges and buttery caramel. A great all rounder.

Farm and processing

Finca Altos de Erapuca is located on the slopes of Honduras’ second highest mountain, Erapuca. Carlos Efrain Paz Sevilla owns the farm, and planted it with Catuai in 2008- the plants have only undergone a handful of harvests, the first being in 2014.

After the cherries have been picked they are transported further down the mountain side to a wet mill called Empresa Vecinos del Trigo where the coffee is pulped and soaked, then transported onto to Aruco - a dry mill where the coffee is laid out on patios to be sun-dried.
