Located around 100km south of Yirgacheffe the Shakiso mill processes only 300 bags of this beautiful natural Heirloom & Typica coffee a year. 6 farmers owning between 20 & 60 hectares each contribute their crop to this small lot and we were so blown away by the unique characteristics and the quality in the cup that we bought all of it!
