Our award winning espresso, Evolution, is for the more adventurous coffee drinker, someone who likes a complex coffee to savour. The dark Brazilian base provides a rich background to the floral notes of the Yirgacheffe and the hint of Old Brown Java provides a long and satisfying after taste. Don't take our word for it, the expert judges of the Guild of Fine Food, awarded it two Gold Stars - our only entrant in the competition in or first year of full operation - can't be bad!
