Dear Green Coffee - 'The Goosedubbs' Blend

Full, rich and rounded espresso with flavours of caramel, chocolate and a balanced red fruit acidity. Dear Green Coffee Roasters house blend is named after a city centre lane near to our Glasgow based Roastery. One of the most unusual street names in the city, 'Goosedubbs' refers to filthy puddles (or dubbs') that geese hung out in, in Medieval Glasgow bygone years!!

The coffee itself is designed for espresso based drinks and is a popular choice in cafes and restaurants that we supply. It can also be reminiscent of those murky 'dubbs' when brewed as a cafetiere, offering a full flavoured filter coffee!

The blend is:
- 40% Brazil Fazenda Pantano
- 45% Colombia Villa Esperanza
- 15% Sumatra Jagong Village
