The latest version of our signature espresso – a single origin, from the Agustino Forest program in Colombia. We have loved this coffee ever since the beginning – its character and versatility have made it a real champion of ours.
Our recommended recipe for this is 18.5g in, 34g out in around 27-29 seconds: this produces a balanced espresso with notes of peach, orange, spices and dark chocolate. Beautiful as a straight espresso, but will still cut through the milk drinks nicely.
