This is superb example of a clean, bright and fruity natural processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia. The taste profile is best described as rich berry fruit with a sweet candy floss aroma. If you like fruity coffees then this is definitly the one for you!
Coffee cherries are grown and harvested by small hold farmers who then deliver the ripe cherries to their local processing facility. Here the cherries are sundried and subject to several stages of hand sorting to ensure only the best make it through.
