We've had coffee every year from the Adado area both washed and natural processed versions. They come from the Gedeo zone (within the Yirgacheffe region), and are named after the local tribe "Adado".
This one is a washed process and offers a very different experience to the natural processed Ethiopia that we also have available. It's a bright sweet and fruity coffee but with a much gentler body and the fruit character is very different.
