This is amazing coffee. The beans have huge citrus sweetness which sits alongside bracingly clean quince and rhubarb notes tartness. This is then perfectly balanced by the big, smooth and creamy body. The whole thing comes together resulting in a massively more-ish brew.
Thousands of smallholders take their coffee to various washing stations in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania. The coffee is then sorted according to size and ripeness under the strict quality standards of Tembo coffee company. The beans then washed twice and graded according to quality. These particular beans are AA graded.
