Ovenbird Coffee - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grade 2

This exceptional Yirgacheffe fully-washed, grade 2 Heirloom Red Bourbon, grows between 1800-2000 meters. Classically chocolate and Bergamot, big body, not too acidic, just rich. One of the few washed coffees to recommend as a single origin espresso. Grade 2 is one of the top grades for coffee from this region, showing very few defects
