This coffee is a fruity delight. There are big hits of peaches, red fruits and jasmine which are beautifully balanced by fizzy lemon and a grapefruit acidity. Although the coffee is typically light and delicate, it is also elegant, complex and delicious.
Sidamo is located in the very south of Ethiopia. It is a huge region which contains areas which have growing conditions that are very distinct from each other. Bokasso has developed something of a reputation for producing some of the very best washed coffee in the country. Bokasso comes from two washing stations which serve farms located at very high altitude (around 2000 metres above sea level).
