This Grade 1 fully washed Kochere is great on the taste buds. It has medium body with an intense and aromatic apricot sweetness, with bergamot coming through…. Sweetens up nicely when milk is added.
Sourcing coffee from Ethiopia directly from the producer can be challenging for speciality coffee buyers, unfortunately this coffee was bought and sold through the Commodity Exchange and its traceability is limited, hopefully in the future we will be able to credit the producers for their hard work in producing such fantastic coffees….. and, we do love this coffee.
