Ignacio is one of the larger producers within the ASORCAFE group & is widely respected within the area for his commitment to quality and experimentation. This lot was pulled from an ongoing program run in conjunction with our import partners, Mercanta to identify and export microlots of exceptional quality scoring above 85pts. Indeed on our cupping table in Bristol, we scored it at 89.5 as a result of its stunning complexity & acidity.
